The Corporate Outreach Programs Department is responsible for developing and administering Panasonic Corporation of North America's giving program to enhance the company's image as a "good corporate citizen". This is accomplished through strategic partnerships with not-for-profit organizations and by sharing corporate resources of cash, company products, and employee volunteers.
In addition, the department manages and implements special programs and projects including signature programs (Kid Witness News, Creative Design Challenge), disaster relief and outreach efforts internal to the company for employees and other programs as deemed necessary.
