Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator – National Accounts you will provide assistance to key internal & external stakeholders through many varied operational tasks. Work closely with the National Account Managers by supporting in some of the administrative, planning and analytical responsibilities.

The Role of Sales Coordinator – National Accounts:

  • Provide the highest level of service to customers both internally and externally;
  • Provide accurate word processing, spreadsheets, data compilation and analysis for the National sales team;
  • Prepare customer updates/ reports for both internal and external reporting;
  • Co-ordinate travel needs for national account managers and as required;
  • Maintain efficient filing systems;
  • Assist where needed with product launches, product meetings, sales meeting, and dealer meetings as well as prepare meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments;
  • Organise monthly/weekly sales meetings including room booking, presentation, minutes and any other necessary requirements.

Qualifications/ Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a busy office or sales administration environment would be an advantage;
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Comprehensive communication skills – able to structure and logically order communication messages to target audience needs;
  • Professional and welcoming phone manners;
  • Strong verbal and written communication;
  • A 'Team Player', someone willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved to best service team and customer.

Qualifications/ Requirements
