The Toughbook® Arbitrator 360°™ digital video recording system incorporates a high-performance camera with a wide-angle lens and a wireless microphone to accurately record events as they occur. Footage is captured on rugged, high capacity SD cards (SDHC) with the option to wirelessly transfer data to the station using a Panasonic Toughbook mobile computer or any other vehicle-mounted PC. Arbitrator 360°'s custom software generates an audit report of anyone who views or copies the video. This feature, combined with a wide angle camera lens, zoom range and low light capabilities make it the ideal witness when video evidence is presented in court or other critical situations that require accurate video documentation.
