The Arbitrator uses state of the art compression for easy storage and fast wireless transmission of full-motion video files to a central server. The captured video and audio files can be searched by date, time, vehicle, incident, trigger, event or other criteria, completely eliminating the need for videotapes and storage space. At the same time, Toughbook Arbitrator creates an audit trail of all activity in the case, ensuring complete reliability when presented as evidence.
