CRN's Top 100 Women In the Channel
2009

Sheila O'Neil, Panasonic Computer Solutions Company's vice president of channel sales, has been recognized for the fourth year in a row by CRN as one of the Top 100 Women in the Channel. The Top 100 was chosen by the editors of CRN based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel. The women selected represent a changing trend in a traditionally all-male industry.

Everything Channel's Annual Report Card Awards
2009

Panasonic received first place in both the Notebook/Mobile Computing category and the Product Innovation subcategory in Everything Channel's 2009 Annual Report Card (ARC). The ARC Awards recognize outstanding partner programs and superb vendor service. Winners were selected by Everything Channel's editorial team, based upon survey results of more than 5,000 systems integrators, IT consulting organizations, value-added resellers, solution providers and software developers.

XChange Government Integrator Awards
September 2009

At the Everything Channel's 2009 XChange Government Integrator Awards, Panasonic won "Vendor Channel Program of the Year - Healthcare." The annual awards honor vendors and integrators in nine categories for achievement in public sector channel business. Panasonic was singled out in the healthcare category because of the unique Toughbook H1, which CRN noted as a "a true healthcare product."



Channel Champion award
2009

Panasonic was honored with the 2009 Channel Champion award in the notebooks category for its Toughbook mobile computer solutions. The CRN Channel Champions study measures overall Solution Provider perceptions of vendor products and services. The survey is the largest and broadest-based technology integrator market study in the industry and is used by VARs and technology integrators throughout the industry to evaluate vendors and their programs.

Of 6 categories and 80 total vendors, Panasonic's Sheila O'Neil was recognized as a CRN Channel Chief in the peripherals arena, demonstrating ongoing channel commitment and innovation and achieving continued capital growth in the channel.

This CRN special report, delivered in association with The NPD Group, recognized Panasonic as a Channel Bestseller based on data that demonstrates that Panasonic is driving significant sales across the channel. NPD reports the top-growth best-seller in notebooks was Panasonic, achieving four times the growth of its next fastest-growth rival.

For the second year in a row, Sheila O'Neil, Vice President, Channel, for Panasonic Computer Solutions Company, was recognized by Everything Channel's VARBusiness magazine as one of the top 50 women in the technology integration business. The magazine's editors chose the "Power 50" based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they bring to the technology channel.

2008

Now in its 23rd year, VARBusiness ARC (Annual Report Card) Awards recognize outstanding partner programs and superb vendor service in 18 major product categories. At the ARC awards ceremony, Sheila O'Neil, Vice President, Channel, for Panasonic Computer Solutions Company (PCSC), was named Channel Executive of the Year. This award goes to executives who have made a significant impact on their channel programs, as proven through the satisfaction of the company's solution providers. Panasonic's Toughbook line of mobile computers received a first place in the Product Innovation category and finished in the top two in the Mobile Computers category.

Of the 250+ vendor-program entries reviewed for the past year, only 60 companies received the coveted five-star rating in the magazine's 13th annual Partner Programs Guide survey.

2007 and 2008

Panasonic Computer Solutions Company received the Global Technology Distribution Council's (GTDC) Bronze Rising Star Award for companies with revenue exceeding $500 Million. Rising Star awards are given in recognition of the IT industry's fastest-growing manufacturers and publishers doing business with Global Technology Distribution Council (GTDC) member distributors. The winners were selected based on U.S. revenue growth over the past year, as reported by industry research organization The NPD Group.
