The result of the combination of three entities: the sales and development operations of Panasonic Automotive Electronics Company, located in Farmington, Michigan, the product development and production operations of Matsushita Communication Industrial Corporation, in Peachtree City, Georgia and Matsushita Communication Industrial de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
