One-Pass Printing
While conventional color laser printers require four rotations of the imaging drum to produce a single color page, the high-speed, one-pass printing technology WORKiO® Series utilizes innovative one-pass technology. Incorporating four in-line laser diodes and imaging drums, the Panasonic color laser printer is able to produce vibrant, full-color documents at speeds similar to black and white. It's a cost-effective, state-of-the-art printing process that saves time and money.

Induction Heating Technology
Panasonic has incorporated its patent-pending induction heating technology to make the WORKiO® CL Series one of the most energy efficient and fastest color printers in its class¹, consuming only 9 watts in its Power-Save mode. And with its fast warm up and "first page out" speed, you're up and running in moments.

Easy-to-Replace Consumables
Panasonic high-yield, easy-to-replace consumables provide optimum output, giving you top performance and prolonging the life of your machine. Toner cartridges are easily replaced from the top of the printer.



Automatic Duplex Printing
Printers are designed to accommodate standard automatic duplex unit, enabling effortless double-sided printing. Cost effective and speedy, double-sided prints are output at an incredible up to 17ppm² in color and 21ppm in black and white. With Panasonic's advanced technology, the printer's speed remains the same even when printing two-sided documents.^{3, 4}

Intelligent Printing
All models feature Universal Cassette (UC), convenient tools for users whose network printers might not be nearby. UC allows automatic tray selection and switching. With auto tray selection, the printer chooses the correct paper tray based on the job it is printing. If a tray becomes empty, auto tray switching changes printing to a new tray containing the right-sized paper. Plus, Panasonic's unique, integrated internal design makes installing auto duplex a snap, and it won't take up any additional space.

Ethernet 10/100 Base-TX
Printers can merge into any office environment where they can be utilized as personal printers or shared via the built-in Ethernet (100 Base-TX / 10 Base-T) internet network port. All printers also include USB 1.1 and IEEE 1284 bi-directional parallel interfaces. Equipped with Ethernet (100 Base-TX / 10 Base-T) USB 1.1 and IEEE 1284 (ECP)

Printer's Web Server
This embedded web server enables you to review the printer's status and set its network configuration using a standard web browser.

Web Administrative Tool
When two or more printers-including various types of printers-are attached to the network, this tool allows network administrators to check each printer's settings and obtain real-time status such as paper conditions, remaining toner and much more without ever having to leave their desks.

Network Setup Tool
This software enables the network administrator to setup, configure and monitor each printer connected to the network. In addition, the network administrator can automatically search and find printers connected to the network, making installation and configuration simple and trouble-free.

Remote Maintenance & Printing
Remote users have the ability to use the Internet as an efficient way to send print jobs directly to the printer using the printer's email-print feature. And because of the printer's IPP compatibility, users connected via an Intranet or VPN can also print from any application directly to the printer. By utilizing these features, the user can enhance organizational efficiency and workflow, without added cost or resources.

Email Notifications
The printer can be configured to automatically send error notification by email to different addresses depending on the type of error.

Confidential Printing
The 2.5" IDE 20GB hard disk drive⁵, included in the PD and MD configurations, allows you to preserve the confidentiality of your documents by enabling the secure printing capabilities of the printer. Documents from your applications for Windows® can be password-protected and then printed by entering the password at the front panel of the printer or HDD utility.
