Web Administrative Tool
When two or more printers, including various brands and types, are attached to the network, this server application tool allows network administrators to check each of printer's settings and obtain real-time status such as paper conditions, remaining toner and much more without ever having to leave their desk.

When used with the WORKiO CL Series, the web administrative tool allows the administrator the ability to define up to128 different email addresses to proactively communicate dozens of different printer warning and error conditions. With this automated workflow system the administrator can enhance document production, eliminate network bottlenecks and reduce downtime.

If your enterprise is standardized on HP® JetAdmin or Web JetAdmin to provide printer administration, you'll find that the WORKiO CL Series is MIB compliant and compatible with these tools as well.
