1-Year Warranty Extension: An additional year of standard warranty coverage can be purchased when you buy a new projector. The warranty extension allows the items that are covered at the end of the original warranty period to remain in-warranty for either an additional year or additional hours of usage depending on the model.
2-Year Warranty Extension: Two additional years of standard warranty coverage can minimize downtime and maximize your peace of mind. It provides coverage for the items that are in-warranty at the end of the original warranty period to remain in-warranty for either an additional two years or additional hours of usage depending on the model.
Maintenance Program: With this program when your projector is sent into our National Service Center, it will receive filters, a cleaning and a complete system check. It also allows for, when needed, one replacement fan service and/or replacement lamp. The Maintenance Program can either be purchased as an add-on to the standard warranty or a warranty extension.
“No Hassle” Maintenance Program: This exclusive program uses the built-in e-mail notification functionality found in some of our models. It also allows for, when needed, one replacement fan service and/or replacement lamp. In addition to providing filters, a cleaning and a complete system check when your projector is sent into our National Service Center. The “No Hassle” Maintenance Program can either be purchased as on add-on to the standard warranty or a warranty extension.

Zip-It Loaner Service: Panasonic will provide a loaner unit at no charge while your projector is being repaired. Just call our toll-free hotline to confirm warranty coverage and request a Zip-It loaner. Then, the loaner projector will be sent via overnight delivery. And, when Zip-It is not provided as part of your projector’s original limited warranty coverage, it can be purchased as an add-on.
Express Asset Loaner Service: This service allows for your company to purchase projectors and have them stored at a Panasonic designated location to be used as loaner units when your projectors need to be sent in to our National Service Center. Express Asset Loaner Service guarantees a loaner unit will be available when you need it and your company also owns the projectors, which could be an advantage for the way it accounts for its assets.
