Our Field Support Engineers are reliable and experts not only in our products but also in the industry. They will provide their knowledge and experience for training, troubleshooting, project deployment, as well as installation and set up of our professional camera systems.

Professional Services Include:

1. Camera deployment (setting all cameras at customer site accordingly to the specific operation, not a painting)
2. Staff training for products and workflow.
3. Studio camera setup.
4. Camera painting (single camera adjustment in a lab)
5. Camera matching (two cameras side by side in a lab)
6. Back focus or white shading adjustments and digital shading.
7. Installation and setup for Pan-tilt camera system.
8. Switcher training
