To offer improved quality control and efficiency, Panasonic Broadcast & Television System Company has a centralized repair center for the following professional Pro-line products: AGHPX170, AGHMC150, AGHMC70, AGHVX200A, AGHVX200, AGDVX100B, AGDVX100A, AGDVX100, AGDVC80, AGDVC60, AGDVC30, AGDVC20, and AGDVC7. If you need operating assistance, or need to determine if your camera requires repair, please call us at 1-800-524-1448.
Warranty coverage of your camera is determined by all 3 of the following:
1. Serial number
2. Date of purchase (verified by copy of proof of purchase)
3. Physical examination of the camera when we receive it for a repair
Please fax us a copy of your Proof of Purchase in order for us to verify initial warranty status. Indicate full model number and serial number of your camera as listed on the label. Our fax number is 201-348-5200. Final determination of the warranty coverage will be concluded upon receiving your product for a repair.
The approximate turnaround time for most repairs at the Panasonic Pro-Line Service Center is 2 - 5 days after receipt of the camera. If the product is not covered under Panasonic Broadcast & Television Systems warranty, a separate repair estimate will be prepared for your approval before repair. The minimum estimate cost of each unit is $130.00, which will be applied towards the cost of repair should you decide to accept the estimate.
For refused estimate, there is a minimum charge of 1 hour labor ($130.00) plus shipping and handling. Credit cards are accepted. Do not send any payment with the unit.
Failures resulting from misuse, moisture damage, impact damage or other physical damage do not qualify for warranty repair. In these cases, a separate repair estimate will be prepared for your approval.
