certification process
The program will be implemented in two phases.
Phase One: APPLICATION for CANDIDACY – IMMEDIATE |

Any current Panasonic Authorized Dealer or other reseller can be nominated or apply for consideration as an i-Pro Certified Reseller provided they submit a completed i-Pro Certified Reseller Application |

Each Reseller candidate must designate at least one (1) full-time sales employee and one (1) full-time technical support employee who will participate in Panasonic sponsored or sanctioned network and i-Pro product training |

Phase Two: CERTIFICATION – WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF CANDIDACY
Candidate for certification must meet the following requirements in order to be officially appointed as a Panasonic i-Pro Certified Reseller: |

• |
At least one (1) full-time sales employee and one (1) full-time technical support employee must complete the training requirements set forth by Panasonic within six (6) months of candidacy (see:Training Requirements) |

• |
Consideration will be given to those candidates who may have already successfully completed IP or IT training from another source, including other manufacturers, organizations, associations, etc. In this event, the candidate will need to successfully complete only the Panasonic i-Pro product part of the certification process (see:Training Requirements) |

|
P-Tech will maintain certification management for all Candidates and i-Pro Certified Resellers. |
