It is the industry's first all-digital, solid-state video system with an integrated high-performance camera, microphone and video recorder which are designed to perform exceptionally well in harsh environments. The Arbitrator uses MPEG-4 compression for easy storage and fast wireless transmission of full-motion video files to a central server. The captured video and audio files can be searched by date, time, vehicle, incident, trigger, event or other criteria, completely eliminating the need for videotapes and storage space.
