
Online Service Analysis allows administrators to proactively monitor the repair history of Panasonic Toughbook® laptops using a password-protected website. All service data is entered by repair specialists whenever users call Panasonic's Technical Support. The data gathered includes a description of the problem and the steps taken to correct it. An organization's administrator can generate customized on-demand charts and graphs for easy analysis of the service data on all or any individual Toughbook. For added flexibility, all reports can be sorted by department, model, date and failure type.
Administrators can also set up "watches" or exception reports. Proactive exception reporting allows for faster identification of issues that could impact the organization's productivity. For example, Panasonic's online system can be programmed to trigger alerts when the failure rate has been exceeded for specific components or the warranties have expired on certain Toughbook computers.
