What is Online Service Analysis?
It provides organizations with web-based service histories for each Toughbook mobile computer that is repaired at Panasonic's National Service Center. This allows them to track usage patterns and help improve productivity.
What type of data is reported in the Online Service?
The customer can see the Toughbook RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, repair date, type of repair, date unit was received and date unit was serviced and shipped. The tool can be used to generate customized reports that can help the organization analyze service and usage trends.
Are there any automatic "alerts" or notification levels that can be pre-set in the Online Service?
Yes, organization-defined alerts can be set automatically to notify the customer when a predetermined level has been reached, such as the number of RMAs issued in a given time period.
Does Online Service provide standard reports?
Yes, the most commonly used reports are the failure detail report, service report and return authorization (RMA) report.
How is the Online Service accessed?
It is a flexible, web-based reporting program. The user may also set up system administrator privileges, limiting access to certain data.
