The Panasonic T-Force team does the work of tracking and monitoring the mobile computer deployment, making it easier on the organization's in-house IT department to focus on other important projects. The Silver Package provides organizations with:

Panasonic receives and stores the organization's Gold Disk Image for loading onto the laptops. Because many organizations have multiple internal teams, Panasonic will manage up to three different disk images, so that each team can have its own specialized disk image.
The T-Force deployment team also applies a customer-specific asset tag and then ships the computers to each individual user or to the organization's central staging area in the United States, where the organization can distribute them to the users.
Whenever a Toughbook unit is sent to Panasonic's National Service Center, its hard drive can be loaded with the latest disk image, if necessary. Organizations can provide updated disk images to Panasonic on a quarterly basis.
When an organization selects the Silver Package, its administrators have access to the service histories of all the organization's computers sent to Panasonic's National Service Center using a password-protected website. Every repair reported to Panasonic Technical Support is accessible for Online Service Analysis. This web-based program allows the organization's administrators to customize charts, graphs, alerts and exception reports.
