DATA PROTECTION
Panasonic's Data Protection Service allows organizations to track, locate and report the activities of any Toughbook computer, including those that are missing, stolen or that have been transferred to a user other than the one registered to the unit. When an organization requires additional technical training, support, troubleshooting and problem resolution, Panasonic's Field Consulting Service is offered through an expert team of Technical Field Managers. With Hot Swap Management Service, customer-owned replacement Toughbook computers are stored at Panasonic's National Service Center and shipped to users who have units that need service.
