Toughbook Arbitrator Protection Plus Warranty

As a supplement to the standard and extended warranties, Toughbook® Arbitrator Protection Plus provides an added layer of coverage against accidental physical damage that occurs during regular use. This supplemental coverage can reduce the inconvenience and expense necessitated by accidental damage, and offers added peace of mind.

All system components, except consumable items, are covered by Protection Plus. Consumable items include: security key, camera cap, mounting pads, etc. The program covers up to one major failure per unit, per year for the VPU, control panel and camera. When necessary, Panasonic will repair or replace the unit with a model of equal or greater value.

If a Toughbook Arbitrator is accidentally damaged, call Toughbook Technical Support 1-877-272-6166. The Toughbook Services team will assess the damage and arrange for the next-business-day delivery (within the United States) of a replacement component at no charge.
