Upgrade Warranty Services


Every Panasonic Toughbook® mobile computer and every Toughbook Arbitrator comes standard with the industry's most comprehensive warranty. As part of its total mobile computing solution, Panasonic offers several warranty upgrade options designed to suit the specific needs of Toughbook computer customers. All warranty repairs use genuine Panasonic parts and are performed at Panasonic's National Service Center for fast, thorough and consistent care.



Four different types of upgrade warranty services exist to support Toughbook mobile computers. From batteries to hard drives to long-term coverage, these services provide special solutions that maximize productivity and extend the life of a Toughbook mobile computer.

There are two upgrade options for warranty services on Toughbook Arbitrators. Depending on the type of upgrade warranty service selected, Panasonic will provide up to five years of coverage on various Arbitrator components, and/or shield against the consequences of accidental physical damage that occurs during regular use. To keep Toughbook Arbitrators running strong, these warranty services provide an excellent value.
