2 bananas
4 tablespoons of yogurt

PREPARATION

Peel the pineapple and bananas, chop them into small pieces and place them in the freezer. Place the frozen fruit in a bowl, mix with the yogurt and feed into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
As well as tasting great, pineapple contains loads of minerals and micronutrients that are important for your body, such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron (natural), iodine and zinc. Iodine and zinc, for example, help our brains retain their mental capacity. Together with calcium, they can also help reduce the effects of stress.

RASPBERRY DREAM

RASPBERRY DREAM

(yields approx. 300 ml)
125 g raspberries
½ a lemon
2 oranges
1 pomegranate

PREPARATION

Wash the ingredients thoroughly. Remove the pomegranate seeds. Peel the orange and lemon, chop everything into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Everyone knows that citrus fruits contain vitamin C, but did you know they also contain vitamin B, which is important for blood production and your metabolism?

BERRY COOL

(yields approx. 300 g)
125 g blueberries
1 banana
15 mint leaves
100 g strawberries
4 tablespoons of yogurt

PREPARATION

Peel the banana and wash the strawberries. Chop the fruit into small pieces and place in the freezer with the blueberries and mint leaves. Place the frozen ingredients in a bowl, mix with the yogurt and feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Bananas contain a balanced mix of vitamins and minerals. They also contain all eight amino acids – protein components that your body needs but can't create itself. Folic acids ensure healthy blood and skin cell growth and are the perfect energy food that also aids digestion.

SWEET BERRY KISS

SWEET BERRY KISS

(yields approx. 300 ml)
250 g strawberries
2 bananas
125 g raspberries

PREPARATION

Wash the strawberries and raspberries thoroughly. Peel the bananas. Chop the ingredients into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Aside from plenty of vitamin C, strawberries also contain ferulic and ellagic acid. These secondary plant compounds are well-known for helping to protect against cancer.

125 g strawberries

PREPARATION

Wash the fruit. Clean and quarter the strawberries and place in the freezer with the raspberries. Mix the frozen fruit in a bowl with the yogurt and feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
As well as provitamin A and vitamins B and C, raspberries contain plenty of iron. The vitamin C helps ensure that your body absorbs the iron.

1 mango
250 g grapes (red)
300 g watermelon
15 mint leaves
½ cantaloupe melon

PREPARATION

Wash the ingredients thoroughly, peel the melons and mango and chop into small pieces. Pick the mint leaves and grapes from the stems. Feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Mango has more carotene than almost any other fruit. The body converts this carotene into vitamin A, which helps your vision, strengthens your immune system and prevents skin aging.

ORANGE TROPIC

2 oranges
4 passion fruit
3 carrots
1 small pineapple

PREPARATION

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the pips. Cut off the ends of the carrots. Peel the oranges and cut the skin from the pineapples. Chop everything into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Passion fruit contains lots of magnesium, which is good for your muscles and nerves. It also contains phosphorous, which helps you gain energy and build cell walls, as well as acting as a so-called "buffering agent" in your blood to stop it becoming too acidic.

80 g cucumber
80 g celery stalks
80 g peppers (red, yellow)
80 g tomatoes
A pinch of salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Wash the vegetables, cut into small pieces and place in the freezer. Feed the frozen vegetables into the Slow Juicer and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Tip
Tomatoes contain vitamins and secondary plant compounds like carotenoids and phenolic acids. These bioactive substances help strengthen your immune system and can even help fight cancer.

1 cucumber
2 apples
20 mint leaves

PREPARATION

Wash the ingredients thoroughly. Chop off the ends of the cucumber. Remove the stalks from the mint leaves. Cut the cucumber and apples into small pieces. Feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Cucumbers consist of up to 97% water and have only 12 calories per 100g, making them a particularly low-cal vegetable. But they also contain valuable nutrients, including vitamins B, C, and K, as well as potassium and iron.

150 g cantaloupe melon
15 mint leaves
1 mango
2 oranges

PREPARATION

Wash the fruit thoroughly and pick the mint leaves from their stems. Peel the fruit and chop into small pieces. Feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Melons consist largely of water. This means that they are not only low in calories, but also fill you up. The flesh is full of vitamin C, provitamin A, beta carotene, and a ton of minerals like potassium, magnesium and iron. These nutrients are particularly good for your skin, hair, cell growth and blood pressure. They are also important for your nerves and muscles.

120 g pumpkin
80 g sweet potato
4 tablespoons of yogurt
Small pinch of nutmeg

PREPARATION

Wash the vegetables thoroughly, peel and chop them into small pieces, then place them in the freezer. Mix the frozen ingredients with the yogurt in a bowl. Feed everything into the Slow Juicer and season to taste with nutmeg before serving.

Tip
Pumpkin is healthy and fills you up. It also contains many nutrients such as beta carotene, vitamin A, magnesium, calcium and potassium. Beta carotene in particular is important, as it has anti-oxidant effects and protects your cells from free radicals.

CRAZY KIWI

4 kiwis
½ cucumber
½ head of lettuce
½ lime

PREPARATION

Peel the kiwis and cut off the ends of the cucumber. Wash the lettuce, cut it in half and remove the stalk. Wash the lime, peel and cut in half. Chop everything into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Kiwis contain a ton of vitamin C, which helps your body grow bone and connecting tissue. They also contain fiber and minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium.

SWEET’N SPICY

5 carrots
3 apples
2 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

PREPARATION

Wash the apples, carrots and ginger thoroughly. Cut off the ends of the carrots. Chop everything into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer.
Add a small amount of oil at the end to make it easier for your body to absorb the vitamins.

Tip
Ginger oil doesn’t just have a hot and spicy taste, it can also have a healing effect. Ginger is anti-inflammatory, helps clear mucus and relieves pain.

PREPARATION

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Peel the papaya and oranges, and remove the pits from the dates. Chop everything into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
As well as inverted sugars, which are particularly easier for your body to digest, dates contain important fibers, vitamins and minerals that help fight tiredness and anemia. They also contain chemical elements like iron, fiber and potassium, which are very important for your nerves and digestive system.

5 red beetroots
3 small carrots
2 apples
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

PREPARATION

Wash and peel the red beetroots. Cut off the ends of the carrots and remove the stem of the apple. Chop everything into small pieces and feed into the Slow Juicer. At the end, add a small amount of vegetable oil to make it easier for your body to absorb the vitamins.

Tip
Iron and folic acid are essential for healthy blood. Red beetroots contain tons of both. The best way to preserve these nutrients is to eat the beets either raw or as a raw juice.

PREPARATION

Parsley contains almost every vitamin there is. It also has lots of chlorophyll. This helps purify your blood and generate blood cells, as well as detoxing your liver and kidneys. It also strengthens your heart, helps your body absorb nutrients and keeps your immune system on alert.

Tip
Along with vitamin C, peppers also contain vitamins E, B1 and B2. It also contains beta carotene, which your body converts into as much vitamin A as it needs.

1 pak choi (bok choi)

Pak choi (bok choi) is completely fat free, low in calories and contains plenty of fiber needed for good digestion. It also has lots of beta carotene, which helps fight cancer.

50 g honeydew melon
100 g red beets (pre-peeled and vacuum packed)
4 tablespoons of yogurt
10 mint leaves

PREPARATION

Peel the honeydew melon and chop into small pieces with the beets. Place together with the mint leaves in the freezer. Place the frozen ingredients in a bowl, mix with the yogurt and feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Iron and folic acid are essential for healthy blood. Red beets contain plenty of both! Eating them raw or drinking red beet juice is the best way to preserve the nutrients.

Wash the ingredients thoroughly and chop into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. (Trick: Cut the pomegranate in half and tap the skin with a spoon to loosen the seeds. They should fall out easily.) Feed everything into the Slow Juicer.

Tip
Pomegranate seeds contain minerals like potassium, micronutrients like iron and B-vitamins, as well as vitamins E and K. They help keep your body healthy.
