Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is a New Jersey-based non-profit provider of behavioral health and social services to children who have suffered at the hands of abuse or neglect or who simply have special needs that are not being met. One of the organization's major focuses is to facilitate the placement of children in stable and supportive foster homes.

For the pass several years, Panasonic hosted more than 100 children for the "YCSummerfest". The athletic field at Panasonic headquarters is transformed into a carnival-like atmosphere, complete with food, games, rides, music and other activities. The children receive back-to-school supplies. Thanks to our Panasonic employee volunteers who help staff and support the YCSummerfest, these children living in group homes are able to enjoy a fun-filled day.
