INGREDIENTS:
- Short-grain rice (Arborio rice) 1 cup
- Water 3 cups
- Sweetened condensed milk (14 fl oz) 1 can(396g)
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
- Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp.
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
PROCEDURE:
- Combine rice and water in a large microwave safe bowl. Cover bowl and microwave on P10 for 15 minutes. Remove.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl with cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
- Cook uncovered at P6 for 6 minutes, stirring 3 times.
