5ch High Power Amp
Helps to achieve the accurate sound reproduction of DVDs with minimum distortion. The TV/DVD-video/Receiver has 45W x 4 power amp circuitry and a 35W center-speaker power amp for a total of 5 discrete channels. A full surround effect can be obtained by simply adding a subwoofer and external power amp.
Dolby Digital3 & DTS Decoders1
Deliver built-in 5.14 channel theater quality surround sound to your car. A Pro Logic3 circuit is also included, to play older surround discs that aren't Dolby Digital or DTS compatible.

This high-quality LCD video monitor gives you centralized, on-screen control over all of your car's AV sources on a single DIN size monitor.
7" (diagonal) 16:9 Wide Screen Format
High definition (336,960 pixels) brings high quality DVD images into your car. An internal backlight and non-glare surface enhance viewing comfort, while improved Y/C and RGB circuitry shows fine map details and displays text to help you get to where you're going.
MOS-FET Output Stage
Uses voltage control to achieve an outstanding high frequency response, resulting in a dynamic range of audio. It also keeps the driver stage electronically isolated from the output stage, enabling the use of a relatively simple circuit configuration to achieve high sound quality.
7-Band Graphic Equalizer
Lets you customize the perfect sound by adjusting EQ sliders on the LCD screen. Up to six EQ settings can be saved in memory.
Plays CDs and CD-R/RWs4
The monitor can also be used as a basic stereo to play standard audio CDs, and CD-R/RWs that you create at home. CD-Rs can also be used to display directions on the LCD screen.
MP3 Playback
You can also listen to CDs encoded with MP3s, for up to 105 times more music on a single CD than with a standard disc.

TV Tuner2

Private Mode
Allows passengers in the front to enjoy one audio program, while those in back enjoy another. In this mode the main audio program (radio, CD etc...) is channeled to the front speakers, and the rear passengers' program is played on wireless headphones, so each group can listen to what they want to without distraction.
Single Wire Connection
One cable links the hideaway (backseat) unit to the main unit, enabling the video, audio and control lines to be bundled together.
Ready for Future Expansion
By using the two VTR inputs and one output on the hideaway unit, a rear-seat monitor, in-car VCR and a rear-view camera can be added. For audio, hook up a CD changer, and with 6 preouts the system can be upgraded for a higher power output. An RGB input is also included for connection to a planned car navigation system.
