Sync Functions

• Volume control of speakers connected to Receiver using TV remote control.
• When you turn off your TV, the Receiver will also turn off automatically.
• When you turn on your TV, the Receiver will also turn on automatically.

EZ Sync
Configuration
|
Please
confirm connections and settings when:
- You use EZ Sync for the first time.
- You change a connection.
- EZ Sync is not working well.
Note: Please perform "First Time Setup" of your
TV and Receiver before using EZ Sync.
Step 1
• Please confirm that both your TV and Receiver
are EZ Sync compatible.

Sync Compatible Equipment
• Please confirm that the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI 1 input of your TV and HDMI output terminal of Receiver.
• Please confirm that an optical cable is connected to DIGITAL AUDIO output terminal of the TV and DIGITAL AUDIO input terminal of Receiver.

Step 2
• Please check the following EZ Sync settings on your
TV:
- EZ Sync or Ctrl with HDMI: On
- Power off link: Set
- Power on link: Set
- Default Speakers: Theater

Step 3
• Please turn on your Receiver.
• Please check the following EZ Sync settings on your Receiver :
- Control: On
- Standby: On
↓
Step 4
• Please turn off your TV and Receiver with the
remote control.
• Please turn on your TV and Receiver with the
remote control.
• When you turn off your TV, confirm that the Receiver
with EZ Sync function also turns off automatically.
