Eligibility: The Play it on Panasonic Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older at the time of participation, except employees, officers, directors & agents of Panasonic Corporation of North America (hereafter, "Sponsor"), The United States Olympic Committee ("USOC"), The International Olympic Committee ("IOC"), Nintendo of America, Inc., Sega of America, Inc., & each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, dealers, distributors, suppliers & advertising & promotion agencies, including Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T") (collectively, the "Released Parties"), & the immediate families (spouse, parent, child & sibling & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of each of the foregoing as well as those living in their same households, whether related or not. An eligible minor must have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter, and his/her parent or legal guardian must be present during the minor's participation. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state & local laws. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

How to Participate in the Contest: The Contest begins on 5/2/08 at 12:00:00AM, Eastern Time ("ET") & ends on 8/24/08 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). To enter the Contest, visit one of the participating Panasonic traveling kiosks and compete by playing the provided Nintendo Wii™ game entitled Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games™. Participation is free. A full list of the dates, times and locations of the participating Panasonic traveling kiosks can be found online at http://www.panasonic.com/olympics. Prior to competing, each participant will be required to fully review these Official Rules and complete an official registration form. If the participant is an eligible minor under the age of 18, the official registration form must be completed by his or her parent or legal guardian. The Official Rules and the official registration form will be provided upon request by on-site staff (while supplies last). Each participant may compete as many times as he or she wishes, but after each individual game ends he or she must first complete another copy of the official registration form. Any participant who wishes to participate more than once must re-queue in order to do so. Only the highest score by each individual will be recorded and retained. Participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Sponsor does not guarantee that every other individual who wishes to participate will have the opportunity to do so. Released Parties are not responsible for inaccurate Contest related information provided by Sponsor or for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, video game or game console malfunctions or glitches, miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions or telephone line or transmission problems or technical failures, programming used in this Contest, mechanical, electronic or human error or otherwise, power outages; technical or mechanical malfunctions, scoring errors or malfunctions or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise, non-delivery, misdirected, blocked or delayed e-mail notifications, or for printing, typographical or other errors appearing in these rules; or other errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of participant scoring, the announcement of the prizes, the unavailability of any kiosk, the determination of scores or in any Contest-related materials. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any participant based on the submitted official registration form, participant will be deemed individual named on applicable official registration form. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any Contest kiosk or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal & civil laws & should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Scoring: The highest score of each participant, as determined by Sponsor, will be recorded by Sponsor and will be posted online at http://www.panasonic.com/olympics. On or around 8/29/08, the final standings for all participants who participated will be tabulated and posted. Tie Breaker System: In the event that a tie score between two or more participants for any prize, the tied participants at issue will be contacted via telephone by Sponsor or an agent acting on its behalf shortly after the conclusion of the Contest Period and will be required during that telephone call to answer a brief, trivia-based set of questions about the Olympic Games. The tied participant who correctly answers the most number of questions in the time provided, as determined by Sponsor, will be deemed the higher scorer of the tied participants at issue and deemed the winner. Additional rounds of trivia-based questions will be used as needed in the event that a tie still exists after the first round of questions. Tied participants will be contacted using the telephone number he or she provided on the official registration form. If any tied participant cannot be reached after a reasonable number of attempts (as determined solely by the Released Parties), such participant will be disqualified. Sponsor's determination with respect to high scores will be final and binding.
