Telephone Troubleshooting Guide No dial tone/No link to base/Does not work at all


The issue you are experiencing with your phone is that it:
1) Has no dial tone
2) Is displaying "No Link To Base"
3) Does not work at all

Try this

Disconnect AC power adapter from the back/bottom of base unit, then connect it again properly.
