Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Our organisation has been putting «People before Products» for 100 years. We are committed to create an inclusive workplace, where people can feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work and be respected for who they are, valued for what they do and celebrated for their contribution to our business and our community.

«We should recognise differencies and aim to have a community where our distinct characteristics can be utilised»
-Konosuke Matsushita, 1932 -
