Select the PIZZA DOUGH program.
Ingredients: Makes 6 small or 2 large
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Bread flour 16 3/4 oz.
(3 3/8 C)
Milk powder 1 TBSP
Sugar 1 3/4 TBSP
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 1 TBSP
Water 1 3/4 fl.oz.
(1 7/16 C)
2/3 cup tomato paste, for brushing on top
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling on top

1. Press "MENU" until arrow points at "pizza". Press Start/Stop.
2. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until it becomes elastic and springs back when touched.
3. Divide into 6 balls or 2 large balls, and place in warm area for 10 minutes.
4. Shape each ball into a flat circle. Place the circles on a baking tray and prick with a fork.
5. Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
6. Brush each circle with 2 tablespoons tomato paste. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Top with your favorite topping, such as sliced onions, pepperoni, prochuto ham, olives.
7. Bake in a preheated 340°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
