The DC series is a semi-direct suction, high efficiency, low temperature model for use in refrigerators, freezers or any other product in which high efficiency is required. The higher E.E.R levels of this series makes it the choice of customers who need a higher efficiency compressor to meet the 2001 DOE Energy Standard. This series utilizes run capacitors.
