Panasonic and Matsushita Battery Industrial Corporation of America (MBIA) wish to thank you for the confidence you have expressed in Panasonic brand products. We hope that you will continue to look to Panasonic for product needs in the future. MSE batteries were discontinued in September 2003 when MBIA sold its battery manufacturing plant. MSE batteries are no longer manufactured by MBIA and can no longer be ordered from Panasonic. Panasonic and MBIA do not manufacture or sell replacement products for the discontinued MSE battery product line. Panasonic will continue a "limited service availability period" for MSE batteries installed in the field. Service support is limited to warranty service requests from the original owner of the MSE batteries. For warranty service, please call 1-877-726-2228. As a convenience to existing Panasonic MSE customers, we have provided the product and service manuals and the MSDS information for the discontinued MSE battery line.
