ZigBee™ Modules

ZigBee™ compliant radios take advantage of the IEEE 802.15.4 standard and can transmit/receive data over a very low power network. Intended to work in a noisy environment, small packets of information are robustly passed from node to node until it reaches its destination via a mesh network. Once the information is transmitted, the node goes into a sleep mode, expending almost no power until it needs to wake again. This has the advantage of extending the battery life to two years or even more. Intended to be primarily be used for industrial, building and home automation.

PAN 4555 || PAN4555 - Easy to Use Version

NEW - PAN 4561
The PAN4561 is an extended range 2.4GHz, ISM, ZigBee™ compatible RF module. Using the same FreeScale 8-bit GT60 processor as Panasonic’s popular PAN4555 means the modules are application compatible. 55 pins allows access to the full functionality of the MC13213 SOC. Low noise and power amplifi ers have been added for extended range. With a link margin of 125dbm, the new PAN4561 has the best range in its class.
