The
Panasonic Foundation partners with public school districts
and their communities to break the links between race, poverty,
and educational outcomes by improving the academic and social
success of ALL STUDENTS: ALL MEANS ALL.
Instead
of awarding grants, we form long-term partnerships with
public school districts in the United States to help them
restructure their education systems through the Panasonic
Partnership Program, using the ESSPAR
Protocol. This work takes the form of seminars, consultations,
and workshops led by teams of Panasonic Foundation consultants.
The foundation forms a partnership with the district as
a whole, including not only the superintendent, central
office staff, and school board, but also unions and associations,
teachers and administrators, parents, and other community
partners.
