Share and Save Meeting Notes with a PC and Projector

Panaboard Overlayer Software* Compatibility

Panaboard Overlayer Software* allows you to utilize a projector to display information from your PC onto the whiteboard, while allowing you to write notes on the board. When the meetings finished, you can save these handwritten notes from the electronic whiteboard to your PC, which can then be merged with the projected image displayed from your PC as a PDF/TIFF file. Documents created with Panaboard Overlayer Software can then be easily distributed to all meeting participants, eliminating the need for handwritten notes.

* Panaboard Overlayer Software can be downloaded from the following website.

[System Requirements]

One Board with the Writing Space of Two

Whiteboard Mode

A new screen can be used without erasing the information on the previous screen. Simply press a button to scroll, even with a wall-mounted board.

Easily Compile Information

2-in-1 Print

You can print two screens' worth of information onto a single sheet (2-in-1 print), which simplifies the work of preparing materials and lowers paper costs.

Continuous Output of Up to Nine Copies

Multi Copies

Information on the Panaboard can be printed out immediately after the meeting. Up to nine copies can be printed one after the other, eliminating the need to make copies separately and ensuring that a copy is distributed to everyone.

E-mail Distribution of Data

PC InterfaceX

Save handwritten notes from the whiteboard directly onto a PC by simply using a USB cable to connect the whiteboard to a PC. No software or device drivers required. Data of the proceedings can also be sent by e-mail to those who could not attend the meeting, or saved in a server for easy information sharing*.

* This is not a function of the main Panaboard unit.

Data Storage for Carry-About Convenience

Data Storage in a USB Flash Memory*

The scanned data can be stored onto a USB flash memory* in PDF or TIFF format. This provides carry-anywhere convenience and enables easy data use using a variety of office equipment.

* Direct connection to a PC with USB cable is also possible.

Long-Term Storage

Plain Paper Output

The use of plain paper makes it easy to file it with other documents. Unlike thermal paper, plain paper minimizes fading and is ideal for long-term storage.

Adjust and Move to Match the Location

Height Adjustment, Wall Mounting, Casters

A 3-step height adjustment*1 function makes the Panaboard easy for anyone to use, from children to adults. Wall mounting and casters*1 allow it to be set up in various places, for use in schools, offices, or just about anywhere.

* 1 Optional stand is required.

Reduces Power Consumption

Energy-Saving Design

Ready Mode

The power consumed during standby has been reduced by 2/3 compared with our previous models.

* The UB-5325 was introduced in August 2004.

Auto Power Off function*

The power automatically turns off if the unit is not used for approximately one hour after being in Ready Mode. This helps reduce energy costs, if the last person forgets to turn off the power switch.

* Approximately 0.5 W of electricity is consumed even if the power is turned off. The Auto Power Off function can be disabled by the key operator. Also, certain device conditions may prevent the Auto Power Off feature to be activated.

Sleek, Low Profile Body

Slim Depth

The UB-5865 / UB-5365 Electronic Whiteboard is designed to blend nicely with any office interior, and the slim board, which is approximately 70 mm thick, allows for easy wall mounting.
