Question3. Can I have a copy of the service manual?
Answer3.

No, the service manual is a controlled item and is not for sale.

Question4. Can my adaptor be repaired?
Answer4.

Most adaptors cannot be repaired as they are moulded

Question5. Do you accept trade in?
Answer5.

No, we do not.

Question6. Do you accept foreign imported models for repair?
Answer6.

Yes we do, provided it does not infringe in our local government regulation and is subjected to availability of spareparts and service manual

Question7. Can I pay by credit terms?
Answer7.

All payments must be strictly in cash except for companies who have credit facilities with us.

Question8. Must I pay if your man come for checking the set even if no fault is found?

Any attendance to your set, we will charge a diagnostic fee and transport.
For diagnostic fee, please refer to standard service rates

Question9. When will my set be ready for collection?
Answer9.

Under normal circumstances, within 5 working days.
