* This product must be used in conjunction with the Hub(KX-HNB600) unit. The Hub is included in all Home Network System Kits.
A total of 4 cameras can be registered to the hub, including outdoor cameras and indoor cameras.
This product requires connection to an electrical mains supply.
You can register up to 4 cameras*1 to the system. By opening the camera list, you can view a small preview of each camera’s image and confirm each camera’s connection and recording status.
Up to 4 cameras can record at the same time.
*1 An optional indoor camera or outdoor camera is required to register the second and subsequent cameras.
Recording Video with Motion Detection
You can use home control programs to record images when a sensor is triggered. Video can be recorded for up to 15 minutes at a time.
You can use the recording list to play back recordings saved on the hub’s microSD / microSDHC*1 card and to confirm details about each recording.
*1 A commercially-available microSD / microSDHC card is required to use the camera recording features.
2 Way Communication
Tap and hold the Voice icon while viewing live camera images. The audio from your mobile device’s microphone is played through the camera’s speaker until you release your finger.
Dust resistance and water resistance for use in locations with high amounts of dust and humidity (supports IP55) Also able to be used in heavy duty operating conditions from -20 °C to +50 °C.
If there is not adequate light to illuminate the subject, such as at night, the camera automatically switches to the night vision mode*1, and images can be checked up to 12 m away, even in dark areas.
*1 When the night vision mode is active, colours may appear different from normal.
Select Detection Area
You can adjust which areas of the camera image are monitored for motion detection. This allows you to ignore motion in certain areas of the camera’s image, such as streets or parks with a lot of traffic. Gray areas of the camera image indicate areas for which image sensitivity is disabled.
