What is Smart Home
The Smart Home is a home monitoring and control system with simple installation and easy operation.
Whether you use it to monitor your home while you are away, or simply to switch your appliances on & off automatically, it gives you the ability to monitor and control your home from the convenience of your smartphone or tablet.
There is no monthly subscription fee to run the system, and our wide range of optional accessories enables you to extend the system to suit your needs.
Benefits of Smart Home
The Smart Home system is amazingly easy to set up. Thanks to one-push pairing you simply push one button at each device, and that's it.
All Smart Home devices communicate with each other using the Ultra Low Energy (ULE) wireless standard that's invisible to regular consumer electronics products.
Our Smart Home system can work up to a maximum of 300m, so it can cover the key areas if your home with ease.
Ease of use
There are plenty of options on how to use your Panasonic Smart Home system with the app. You can arm the smart devices at home for night time. Or arm them when you are away at work or on holiday.
You can also control your lights using the Smart plug from the comfort of your sofa.
Use your app to check on up to four different footages from four connected cameras at the same time (split screen) and take snapshots from the camera views or start recording footage.
The Hub sits at the heart of every Panasonic
Smart Home system, connected wirelessly to
all your other Smart Home devices.
It can be set-up through one push pairing, and communicate with other devices as far as 300m away.
It also can record to microSD / microSDHC card any footage it receives from triggered Smart Home Cameras.
As well as boasting a compact weather-proof
design, this panasonic smart home camera films in
colour, has a night mode and streams footage
live to your smartphone or tablet.
Built-in visual and infra-red sensors with selectable area detection let it send you alerts if it spots trouble, while a built-in microphone allows for 2-way communication. Its pictures can even be recorded to an SD card in the system’s Hub.
With the Panasonic Smart Plug you can use your smartphone to control your home’s electrical devices no matter where you are.
The Smart Home indoor camera lets you keep an
eye on everything that goes on in your house while
The camera can send alerts to your smart device through its motion, temperature and sound sensors, while a built-in speaker lets you talk directly to anyone in earshot.
You can even tell the camera to ignore areas of the image so that, for instance, your cat won’t keep triggering alarms as it strolls across the kitchen.
As well as detecting intruders and potentially
activating alarm sirens or cameras, Smart Home
Motion Sensors can be used to set up a range
of useful home automation effects.
For instance, a triggered motion sensor on the stairs could switch on a light connected to a Smart Plug in the downstairs hall.
You can adjust the Motion Sensor’s sensitivity, too, so that it’s not accidentally triggered by family pets.
Despite taking just seconds to fit, the Smart Home door and window sensors can provide a effective home security solution.
Because they connect wirelessly to all the other devices via the Hub in your Smart Home system a triggered door/window sensor could be set to do everything from sending an alert to your smartphone to switching on lights and triggering a loud alarm siren.
Indoor Sirens can be set to activate in response
to any triggered motion sensor, camera or door/
Once active, the siren puts on a flashing light and pumps out volumes of noise that no intruder - or sleeping member of your household - could ignore.
If the high volume setting of 110dB* is too much for you, a quieter setting is also available.

Simply connect the Hub to your network, download the app to your smartphone or tablet and pair each device to the hub.
With an easy one push pairing, just press one button on each device and one button on the hub. Devices can also be registered via the app.
This one push pairing works across all our Smart Home devices if you decide to add more .
Every part of the Panasonic Smart Home system
can be fully controlled from your smartphone or
tablet using an ultra-intuitive app.
This app handles everything from watching live feeds from your cameras and switching lights on or off via your smart plug to alerting you if any window or motion sensors are triggered. It can even play lullabies into your child’s bedroom.
It’s like having your whole home in your smartphone.
Panasonic Smart Home devices communicate with each other using a DECT Ultra Low Energy (ULE) wireless standard that’s invisible to regular consumer products rather than Wi-Fi based products. Offering a stable, interference free, superior range.
The Panasonic Smart Home system can work up to a maximum of 300m.
