Normally, one has to stay in front of the pot and continuously stir when cooking curry. But there's an easier way to have a delicious curry in no time. Just put everything into a rice cooker, let it cook by itself, serve it with rice, and voila you have Japanese-style curry rice.
Only a little oil is used, so compared with coconut curry: 1 serving
1 Place chopped chicken, potatoes, carrots, and onions into the rice cooker.
2 Next, add 80 g of roux and 600 ml of water. Select "Casserole" and press "Start".
3 Leave the ingredients to simmer for 50 minutes. Once cooked, serve the curry over cooked rice.
