* JOB OVERVIEW:
The job-holder will contribute to establishment a solid customer care network for Panasonic Appliances products in Asia Pacific Region through implementing customer service activities for Panasonic appliances products.

* DETAILED DUTIES:
1) Customer Service (CS) & Market Quality Activity
• Perform customer care activities across Asia Pacific Region
• Support Sales company to conduct customer satisfaction survey, conduct and manage Customer Service and Quality field study activities in Asia Pacific Region (via tour at dealers, Sales companies, customers etc.)
• Collect information, analyze and make report about CS and Quality in the region
• Coordinate and manage market quality activities in Vietnam and Region

2) Coordination job
• Collaborate with Japan Headquarter as a representative of Asia Pacific region
• Coordinate with stakeholders (factories, sales offices, business division, etc.) relating to CS activities
• Conduct training and support Call Center

3) Technical Support
• Perform and manage technical support activities in the Region such as organizing technical seminars, setting up technical documents and technical instruction books, etc.

4) Other tasks related to CS and Quality in Asia Pacific Region

Qualifications/ Requirements
• University graduate from Technical universities
• Strongly prefer candidates with above 3 year experience in Customer Service or Quality Control job relating to technical products, especially preferably Home Appliance products
• Good understanding about and interest in appliances products
• Good customer service skills and mindset
• Good coordination ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze, execute consistently and solve problems creatively
• Social, positive thinking and cheerful
• Fluent English (written & verbal)
• Fluent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Job Description
• Suppliers Control: Outsource and control suppliers for shared services: Canteen, Security, Cleaning and Clinic
• Canteen: Control the Food Safety and Hygiene in the canteen to ensure the food quality for employees
• Security and Cleaning: Supervise the Security and Cleaning works of the suppliers to ensure that the factory is 24 hours secured and working environment is always kept clean following company standards
• Clinic: Arrange the clinic for employees and take immediate actions for labor accidents or heath care for employees
• Employee Affairs: Plan and organize staffing activities
• Cost-down/Cost-buster Activities: Participate in cost-reduction projects to contribute to the most effective operation of the company.

• Employee IC Cards: Input date and control issuance of IC cards to employees
• Oversee and cooperate with other team members to ensure delivery of good General Affairs shared services to PVG company and make continuous improvement
• Perform other GA assignments requested by GA Manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4 years’ working experiences in a similar position, preferably with supervisory roles
• Working experience in big manufacturing or foreign companies is preferred
• Good communication & supervisory skills
• Fluent English (verbal & written). Japanese speaking is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Description
• Build up Training Matrix, conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and counsel for Department Heads/ Company to organize appropriate courses
• Make and control yearly budget for Training activities
• Continuously review & update training program materials, training policies and procedures
• Oversee and implement training activities as planned including:
- Delivery of Orientation Training (OT) for PVG new-comers
- Delivery and facilitation of In-house training programs for PVG employees
- Facilitation of Individual Skill Training for Department employees
- Facilitation of Overseas Training Programs for employees
• Propose and facilitate development programs for employees
• Cooperate with related stakeholders (Departments, domains, training agencies etc.) for effective delivery training courses, ensuring training quality, timeline and within budget
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluation and manage training records
• Perform other tasks assigned by Superior

Qualifications/ Requirements
*** Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree above, preferred major in HRM, Education, Foreign Languages, Economics

*** Working Experience:
• At least 3 years working experience in Corporate Training & Development position
• Training experience in multinational manufacturing companies or training agents is preferred
• Good ability to develop, deliver training programs and evaluate training effectiveness at corporate level

*** Competencies:
• Passionate in HR job, especially Training & Development
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
• Good organization and training management skills
• Highly proactive and self-motivated
• Customer-oriented, social, teamwork
