Beef Mushroom Donburi
A quick & simple meal that is beefy, well-balanced, and most importantly, tasty! Just make an umami soy sauce marinade, toss it with beef slices, mushrooms, and a medley of vegetables, roast it in the Panasonic NN-DS59N 4-in-1 Steam Combination Microwave Oven, and you’ll have a healthy, flavourful meal!

Ingredients
- 180 gSliced beef belly sliced into bite size
- 80 gHonshimeji mushroom cut
- 80 gBrown swordbelt mushroom (optional)
- 30 gRed pepper cut into 1cm pieces
- 30 gGreen onion cut into 3cm long
- 1 pcGarlic sliced
- 1Ginger sliced
- 400 gWarm rice
Sauce & Marinade
- 2 tbspCooking oil
- 1.5 tbspSoya sauce
- 1 tbspOyster sauce
- 2 tspSesame oil
- 1 tspFish sauce
- 1 tspCorn starch
- 0.5 tspCaster sugar
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Steps
1) Combine all ingredients for sauce & marinade into a bowl and mix well.
2) Add all the cut-ready ingredients to the sauce and stir well.
3) Spread the marinated ingredients in the centre of the grill tray and do not overlap the beef.
4) Place the tray on the lower shelf of our Panasonic Combination Microwave, select Combi 1 and set it up to 10-12 mins.
5) Serve the cooked beef and vegetables with warm rice.
