Mayonnaise Shrimp Balls
A quick yet delicious way to prepare family favourite's shrimp dish. Serve it on top of a black bean salad or on some green lettuce, and you have a winner of a weeknight dinner in less than 30 minutes!

- 300 gShrimp (Peeled and deveined)
Marinade
- 1 tspLemon juice
- 2 tbspCorn starch
- 20 gCooking oil
- Salt & pepper (To taste)
Glaze
- 6 tbspMayonnaise
- 1 tbspKetchup
- 1 tspCastor sugar
Garnish
- 50 gChopped cashew nuts
Steps
1) Add shrimps, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cornstarch and cooking oil in a bowl. Mix it well to marinate the shrimps. Set aside.

2) Lay marinated shrimps in the center of the Grill Tray.

3) Place the Grill Tray on the upper shelf of the Microwave Oven. Cook it at Combi 1 for 9 to 10 minutes.

4) To prepare the glaze, mix mayonnaise, ketchup and castor sugar in a bowl.

5) Add cooked shrimps in the bowl. Glaze and toss the shrimps to coat them evenly.

6) Lastly, sprinkle roughly chopped cashew nuts as garnishing.
Tips: Serve with steamed black corn salad for a light afternoon snack.
