Pepper & Sesame Fried Nuggets
This crowd-pleasing crispy, caramelised chicken encrusted in a nutty coating of sesame seeds, can be made in the Panasonic Microwave Oven in under 30 minutes. A healthy yet delicious dish that is suitable for a tea break, picnic snack or even on its own.

Ingredients
- 400 gBoneless chicken leg
- 7 tbspCorn starch
- 3 tbspToasted sesame
Marinade
- 1 tbspFish sauce
- 1 tbspSoy sauce
- 30 gBeaten egg
- 0.67 tbspSalt
- 0.5 tspPepper
Steps
1) Cut chicken into even 4cm blocks.

2) Mix fish sauce and soy sauce in a bowl. Add in beaten egg, salt and peper. Mix it well.

3) Add in chicken cubes and marinate for up to 10 minutes.

4) Lightly sprinkle and dab cornstarch over the marinated chicken.

5) Sprinkle toasted sesame on the chicken and mix it well.
Tips: Lightly toast the sesame seeds with Panasonic IH Rice Cooker.

6) Place chicken pieces on the Grill Tray with skin side up. Place the tray on the upper shelf of the Microwave Oven. Cook it using Combi 1 for 11 to 12 minutes.
Tips: Serve with salad for a perfect afternoon snack.
