Air Fry Style Roast Potatoes
These Roast Potatoes make the perfect accompaniment for your Sunday BBQ. Baked in the Panasonic NN-CS89L 4-in-1 Convection Microwave Oven, using the Roast Potato Auto Menu means they are crispy and golden on the outside and creamy and perfectly cooked on the inside. Ingredients
- 800 gpotatoes Dutch Cream, Desiree, or Sebago
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1sprig rosemary leaves roughly chopped
Steps
1) Cut potatoes into even sized pieces. Mix well with vegetable oil and rosemary leaves. Place potato pieces on wire shelf in middle shelf position. Place a microwave-safe dish on the base for dropping oil.
2) Select program number 23, Roast Potatoes, and start.
3) To serve, transfer roast potatoes to a serving dish and season with salt flakes.
