Simply add the healthy yogurt-based sauce to the cauliflower and let the Convection Microwave Oven do the rest! Cauliflower is low in both calories and sugars, and is also an excellent source of Vitamin C and potassium. Made in the Panasonic NN-CS894S Convection Microwave Oven.

Ingredients


  • 300 gCauliflower

YOGHURT SAUCE

  • 4 tbspYoghurt
  • 2 tbspMayonnaise
  • 50 gShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.33 tspSalt
  • Pepper A pinch
  • 1 tbspCurry Powder
  • Parsley A pinch and finely chopped

Steps

1) Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized florets, rinse and drain well. (Note: If the florets are too big, they may not get properly coated with sauce.)

2) Mix the yoghurt sauce in a bowl, fold in the rinsed and drained cauliflower florets, and turn out into a gratin dish (a shallow, heat-proof dish).

3) Place the dish on the wire shelf, slot the shelf into the middle shelf position, and cook on Combi 7 for 15 minutes.
