Individual Chocolate Mud Cake
This amazing little cake is a chocoholic’s dream! Moist and velvety, it’s super quick to prepare and cook. Using your microwave, you can be enjoying one of these luxe little wonders in just over a minute!
Ingredients
Servings:1
- 5 tspcocoa powder
- 3 tbsspelt flour
- 1 pinchsalt
- 3 tspsugar or evaporated cane juice
- 0.25 tspbaking powder
- 3 tspcoconut oil or vegetable oil
- 3 tbsmilk of choice
- 0.5 tsppure vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries to serve
Steps
1) Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well using whisk or stick blender.
2) Add liquid and stir then transfer to either a small ramekin or coffee mug.
3) Microwave for 1 min 20 seconds
4) Garnish with raspberries to serve.
