
Double Cacao Bread
This enticing Double Cacao loaf features a sweet chocolate aroma that is sure to make your mouth water. The recipe is made using the Panasonic SD-ZP2000 Bread Maker and uses cacao nibs, an acclaimed super food known to be rich in polyphenols and catechin to enhance its nutritional value.
Ingredients
- 1 tspDry Yeast
- 1 tspCacao Powder
- 400 gStrong White Flour
- 15 gButter
- 0.75 tspSugar
- 1.75 tspSalt
- 2 tbspCacao Nib
- 260 mlWater
Steps
1) Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
2) Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start.
3) When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
