Garlic, Cheese and Bacon Sourdough
This gooey cheesy pull apart loaf is studded with plenty of garlic and bacon and is perfect for the family to enjoy for a starter or can easily be prepared in advance with the Panasonic Combination Microwave (NN-CD58JS). You can use most kind of bread loaves for this recipe, but better use a denser loaf like a sourdough or pana di casa. Created by Lisa Holmen.

- 1 cupgrated mozarella cheese
- 100 gbutter melted

5) Cover the bread bread with foil and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey. Unwrap the bread and bake for another 5 or so minutes to make it slightly brown and crusty. Serve.
