
Ginger Pork Stir Fry
Featuring pork with teriyaki sauce, ginger and honey, this spicy and sweet dish is a crowd pleaser for hungry kids. This recipe was made by Our.Mountain.Life using the NN-SD79L Cyclonic Inverter Microwave Oven.
Ingredients
- 500 gsliced lean pork
- 0.25 cupteriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsphoney
- 2 tspminced ginger
- 2 tspcornflour
- 300 gsugar snap peas trimmed
- 1zucchini sliced
- 1red capsicum sliced
- 1onion sliced
- 0.5 cupbean sprouts
- 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
Steps
1) Place pork, teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and cornflour in a 2 litre dish, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
2) Place onion in a 3 litre dish. Cook in Microwave on P10 for 1-2 minutes.
3) Add marinated pork and sauces and cook on P7 for 3-4 minutes.
4) Add peas, zucchini, capsicum, green onion and bean sprouts and cook on P10 for 3-4 minutes.
5) Remove from Microwave, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with noodles.
