
Gluten Free Banoffee Choc Chip Bread
Gluten-free dough is generally more difficult to handle and its structure is more fragile. Thus, bread machine like this Panasonic SD-YR2550 is an excellent choice for gluten-free bread. There’s minimal handling, just add the ingredients and press start!
Ingredients
- 240 mlwater
- 3small bananas mashed
- 1 tbspoil
- 1 tbspdry yeast
- 450 ggluten-free flour self-raising flour blend
- 0.25 cupchoc chips
- 2 tbspchoc or caramel spread of choice
Steps
1) Add all the ingredients in order from top to bottom. Add the yeast to the yeast dispenser.
2) Bread maker settings: menu 14 (gluten-free bread), dark crust
3) Press start and Bake until the bread maker stops
4) Once the bread is done, allow it to cool down slightly and then remove it from the bread basket
