
Gluten-Free Hot Cross Bun Bread
This Gluten-Free Hot Cross Bun Bread recipe requires just a few key ingredients, one bowl and a Panasonic Bread Maker. Perfect for coeliac's to enjoy during Easter, but also a great gluten-free treat to bake year-round! Created by betterbeingsteph.
Ingredients
- 310 mlalmond milk or milk of choice
- 2eggs whisked
- 1 tbspcider vinegar
- 2 tbspcoconut oil
- 60 ghoney or sticky sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
- 150 gbrown rice flour
- 300 gpotato starch
- 2 tspxanthan gum
- 3 tbspsugar or natural sweetener
- 30 gcinnamon
- 150 graisins
- 2.5 tspinstant yeast
Steps
1) Place all ingredients in the bowl component of your Panasonic Bread Maker.
2) Place in main compartment, twist to lock in, and shut the lid. Choose level 14 in the Menu (for Gluten Free Bread), press start and let it knead for the specified time.
3) Once finished, remove from cooking tin, allow to cool, then top with optional cinnamon Dulce de Leche drizzle, cut into 12 slices and serve!
4) Best served fresh or toasted. Can be frozen and re-toasted.
