
Gluten Free Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Bread

Ingredients
- 350 mlWater
- 1 tspCider vinegar
- 4 tspVegetable oil
- 2Medium eggs
- 1 tspSalt
- 1 tspSugar or honey
- 450 gGluten free flour
- 1.5 tspYeast
- 50 gGrated parmesan cheese
- 50 gSundried tomatoes chopped
Steps
1) Put all of the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list
2) Set the breadmaker to the gluten free setting with dark crust
3) After baking remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing
